I’m Nicky Kary, married to Tim, and we have 3 boys.

We moved out of London 15 years ago and were lucky enough to find Kings Farm, which we spent 2 years restoring and refurbishing. We live in the main house across the courtyard, which is entirely detached from the Barn and is also approached separately, to give us and our guests independence and privacy.

We adore the lifestyle down here, and there is so much to do. We love cycling walking and running in the Forest and along the coast, and everything connected with the sea; waterskiing, sailing, fishing and whizzing over to the fabulous Isle of Wight.

It is an incredibly special part of the world!
