We supply all bed linen and towels, except for beach towels.

We welcome small children but do not provide cots, high chairs, stair gates or baby kit. There is an open oak staircase from the ground floor games room to the accommodation on the first floor which may not be suitable for small children.

Please be aware that we have a small lake, stream, and swimming pool with a safety cover, on the property which for obvious safety reasons are out of bounds. Children must be supervised at all times and by proceeding with any booking you agree you are aware of this, and guarantee to take all responsibilities for your own and your guests safety.

There are fields for plenty of running around, and an outside table and chairs for you to sit and relax or eat al fresco!

We think the Barn works best for 4 but there are trundle beds in the second twin bedroom which are extremely comfortable, but when pulled out fully make the floor space a bit cramped! We charge an extra £20 per guest per night over and above 4 of you. We charge £50 for Cleaning

We have an electric 5 bar gate at the top of the drive. Just drive up to it over the cattle grid and it will open automatically until 9.30pm.

The wifi, and mobile signal for most networks, is good.

Smoking is prohibited inside or close to the Barn.
